Job Description
Beverage ordering and receiving
Oversee beverage training for bartenders and waitstaff
Develop wine menu quarterly, coordinate with chef
Develop and maintain specialty drink menu quarterly
Maintain bartenders schedule ( Barbacks)?
Maintain bar cleanliness
Do monthly P&L for bar
Coordinate with catering department for events
Work dining room shifts oversee waitstaff
Maintain beverage smallwares and papergoods
ASSIST IN OVERSEEING WAITSTAFF/BUSSTAFF/RUNNER
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience
Fine Dining
must have a proven track record
Prefer NYC based
