Our company is seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Admin. Assistant to support our senior sales team in White Plains, NY.
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:
1. Associate Degree
2. Minimum 3 years professional experience in as an Administrative Assistant in a fast paced organization
3. Must have excellent skill level in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Microsoft Outlook Calendar
4. Ability to work in high energy, fast paced environment!
5. Polished, professional demeanor; prompt and reliable
6. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to manage several tasks simultaneoulsy with a high level of attention to detail!!
Job Requirements
Essential Functions:
1. Provide support for sales management team with various tasks including heavy calendar management, phone management, Powerpoint presentations, and travel coordination.
2. Presentation preparation for customer interface
3. Assist with consignment programs
4. Regional and national meeting planning
5. Maintian all regional binders for strategic plans, field observation reports, etc.
6. Conference & Exhibit planning in conjunction with marketing department, as needed
7. Order company business materials for account managers; business cards, badges, etc.
8. Organizes and coordinates local, regional, national meetings.
9. Reports directly to SVP, Sales
10. Completes special projects, as needed.
