Golden Innovations is a premier provider of health care services. Our Delafield office has an exciting opportunity for a team minded, success driven individual as an Executive Assistant. This position will be responsible for supporting a team by screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data and customer relations.
Job Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for the position:
- must have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant
- must have a high school diploma
- possess excellent communication skills
- have a strong, professional phone presence
- must be proficient in Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
