Job Description
Find Great People is partnering with an educational organization in the Columbia area for an executive assistant. This position will entail the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining management calendar, meetings and conferences
- Arranging travel as needed for department
- Assisting department with organizing, updating, and maintaining confidential personnel and student files
- Manage correspondence addressed to management, to include memos to department, answering correspondence via mail and email, and drafting letters as needed for approval
- Transcribe minutes of meetings
Job Requirements
Candidates with the following experience to be considered:
- Masters Degree from an accredited university preferred
- 3-5 years administrative experience, preferably supporting higher level management
- Superior communication skills
- Strong sense of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Outstanding computer skills, especially with MS Office Suite- Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access
