Job Description
Support the VP, PLT Replacement Sales and Marketing in regard to preparation for day to day as well as long term business decisions. Ensures smooth flow of department operations. Maintain accurate, concise filing system and general office procedures. Prepare administrative reports, as needed, i.e. phone list, organization chart, etc. Coordinate reporting requirements of VP’s direct reports.Prepare visual presentations for the VP.Coordinate conferences, meetings and travel as required or directed. Prepare agendas and communication for same.Coordinate implementation, timely follow-up, execution and consistency of work within the department. Serves as primary point of contact for internal customers initiating work within the department or checking the status of jobs already in progress.Manage & coordinate general office procedure within authority in the absence of the Vice President.Participate in special projects and process improvement teams in Replacement Sales and Marketing.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in business or equivalent experience
