Primary Responsibilities of an Automotive Sales Consultant:

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by explaining each models features and benefits and describing all optional equipment.
• Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers automobile.
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product and sales training as required
• Maintain a prospect and owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements for an Automotive Sales Consultant:

• Strong desire to succeed with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer’s expectations and achieve your goals.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.Ability to speak Spanish a plus.

• Outstanding communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
