We are looking for candidates who already have GM experience and who can go through our 7 week training with the potential of being a General Manager within 3-9 months after completing the training.

Job Requirements
Is currently employed and in good standing.
Shows a good career progression from one position to the other.
Has clear understanding of cost controls (i.e. Labor, Food and Other)
The ability to speak Spanish is not required. Candidates must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
Is able to work rotating shifts.
Shows good control over Team Member Retention.
Has at least three years of G.M. experience in the quick service or quick casual restaurant industry.
