Job Description
Do not apply unless you are hands on! Can fix Kitchen equipment, Refrigeration,HVAC, Plumbing, Some electric. MUST understand that you will also oversee cleanliness and organization!
Hands on maintenance person who will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of a large restaurant and catering facility. Must work as a manager as well as have the ability to maintain HVAC, electric, and Kitchen equipment without the bringing in outside service. Some carpentry required. Report daily to Director of Operations.
Must have HVAC/ refrigeration license/
plumber and electric license a plus
