Newark is looking for a highly motivated Fax Specialist (Order Quality Processor) that would process and distribute fax/web quotes, inquiries and orders with intent to increase customer base and sales volume in a manner that meets company objectives and promotes customer loyalty. Maintain required levels of accuracy, quote/call volume, customer satisfaction, MP and sales growth.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- P.C. Skills
- Previous sales training or experience (desirable)
- Previous Call Center experience (desirable)
- Must have multi-task abilities
- Must understand and use resources/systems available to them
- Customer Base may require a language prerequisite.
