Classification: Full-time
Compensation: $85000 to $120000 per year
Our client, an International services organization located in Arkansas, is seeking a Finance Manager/Divisional Controller. Ideal candidate will have a BA in Accounting or Finance with 8 or more years of experience in related filed. The right candidate will possess strong Accounting as well as Finance experience as well as strong communication skills and the ability to identify solutions to issues he or she may encounter. This position will have high exposure to executive members, and it reports to the CFO. Additionally, the ideal candidate will play a major role in all business decisions through analysis and recommendations. Job duties include budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; touching virtually all aspects of the financial statements. Analysis includes revenue, profit, contribution margin, working capital, supply chain, and expenses. Additional ad-hoc projects for the CFO will also play a roll in this position.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years experience in Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, advanced Excel skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a matrix-organization, and a proven ability to develop cross-departmental relationships. An MBA or CPA is preferred, but not required.
