Schweizer(`9s proprietary products include helicopters, fixed-wing reconnaissance aircraft, and unmanned aircraft vehicles. In 2007 we expanded our business model to include the Rapid Prototyping and Military Derivatives Completion Center (RPMDCC), which is branded Sikorsky HAWK WORKS @ Schweizer Aircraft. This facility serves as the primary completion center for all BLACK HAWK and Naval Hawk derivative aircraft, mostly for foreign military customers.
The primary function of the FP&A Reporting Analyst is to provide financial planning, analysis and reporting for Schweizer Aircraft Corp., a subsidiary of Sikorsky. The successful candidate for this position will: * Be a primary FP&A interface between Schweizer Aircraft Corporation and Sikorsky. Responsibilities in this role include analysis of business unit actual and forecast results including, but not limited to: o Profit and loss performance. o Balance sheet analysis and trends. o Productivity restructuring. o Competitive benchmarking. * Support the OMM (Operations Management Meeting) process three times per year. * Develop and support executive presentations and other projects as necessary. * Be responsible for communicating, consolidating and analyzing the annual budget and monthly performance against the budget for Schweizer Aircraft Corporation. * Have financial closing responsibilities. * Be responsible for Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) duties. * Support other projects as they arise.
Job Requirements
BA/BS degree in Finance/Accounting with 6-10 years experience or MA/MS degree in Finance/Accounting with 4-7 years experience. MBA is preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. * Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite. * Shown ability to work in a team environment. * Must demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and dependability. * Project management experience is required. * Ability to work long hours under tight deadlines when necessary. * Experience collaborating with upper management is preferred. Experience performing financial analysis of Manufacturing Operations. Experience with SAP & Hyperion. Must be able to provide proof of US citizenship or permanent residency.
