We need a senior-level Flash Actionscript Programmer with OOP experience for exciting game development projects. The programmer will work with the team to conceptualize and develop Flash design concepts that meet company and client expectations and overall project goals.

Job Requirements
Play a key, collaborative role in developing concepts and treatments of game design
Write Actionscript code for programming games and developing prototypes
Assist to implement a Flash component framework for interactive games, which will ensure performance, functionality, and flexibility
Develop and maintain code developed in Flash/Action Script 2/3 with use of OOP
Create reusable Flash components to rapidly provide required functionality
Design and Implement functional prototypes
Troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues with the project
Perform maintenance and operations on existing and future flash applications
A diverse and polished portfolio is required before interview. Candidates must have 2 - 5 years Actionscript programming experience, and 1 - 3 years multimedia design experience. Must have a demonstrated understanding of multimedia and web integration issues, as well as knowledge of usability principles.
Necessary skills also include current and previous versions of Adobe Flash, Illustrator, ImageReady, PhotoShop, ActionScript 2.0, 3.0 and integrating XML in a Flash Application. Experience with animation in Flash a major PLUS!.
