The successful Floor Supervisor candidate must be a team-player, able to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Challenging responsibilities for this entry level, hourly, management position include supervising departmental personnel, maintaining daily & weekly departmental standards, and operational planning & control.
Job Requirements
Must be an excellent communicator, with a solid grasp of the skills to provide world-class customer service. Three years of retail experience with one year as supervisor of two to six employees required. Must be a problem-solver and solution-finder.
