Job Description
The Food Service Supervisor will
- Supervise the preparation and coordinate the serving of meals,
- maintains a high standard of sanitation and safety, and
- maintains and improves standards of food preparation and service.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education: Should have sufficient education to be able to give written and oral instructions to food service workers.
2. Training and Experience: Preferably one year of supervisory experience in a health care food service department and one year of quality food production experience.
3. Certifications/License: Certified Dietary Supervisor
4. Job Knowledge: Must have knowledge in food service techniques, ability to maintain high standards of food service and be able to operate food preparation equipment.
