Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years civil litigation experience handling condominium, HOA and Co-op Foreclosures.
• Must be able to handle all Foreclosure phases of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery.
• Knowledge of ATIDS title research and general accounting procedures are required.
• Experience working with circuit civil process required.
• Must have excellent organizational and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to create and/or revise correspondence as appropriate.
