Job Description
Statewide law Firm is seeking a Foreclosure Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years law firm experience handling foreclosures for condominium, HOA and Co-op. The successful candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of foreclosure cases using the circuit civil process and ability to handle multiple files. Knowledge of ATIDS title research and general accounting procedures are required. In addition to exceptional organization skills, the candidate must be detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills. Paralegal certification is preferred.
