Job Description
Growing firm in Ft. Lauderdale is looking for an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal with understanding of Discovery Process.
- Will be responsible for moving up to 100+ files at a time.
- Will be preparing legal documents such as complaints, motions, notice of hearings, affidavits, defaults, notice of action, etc. Will also be reviewing title reports, title issues and preparing title claim letter to underwriter along with preparing responses to Attorney pleadings such as motion to dismiss, extension of time, vacate motion for default, and preparing files for final summary judgment of foreclosure.
- Contested expereince helpful, but not required.
- Must have solid Microsoft Word skills.
- Hours are M-F from 8:45-5:00 with paid overtime.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Foreclosure expereience with Discovery Process working in a high volume law firm.
- Must be able to manage up to 125+ files at a time.
- Microsoft Word
- Contested experience helpful
