The Saltgrass Steak House in the Rockwall/McKinney/Plano, TX (Dallas market) is seeking an energetic and experienced Restaurant Floor/Front Manager to join their team!
Front Manager Duties: The Front of the House Manager is responsible for insuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff, positive and committed " Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. Hands on and lead by example management style. Responsible for scheduling and meeting or beating budgeted labor and other cost centers.

Job Requirements
Must have 2+ years of a successfully managing in medium to high volume full service restaurants. Must have upbeat and energetic personality. Must be versed in writing schedules and meeting or beating budgeted labor cost through effective management. Must possess skills to motivate and develop staff.
