Job Description

FXCM seeks to build a diverse team of FX Client Service Representatives from a variety of financial backgrounds.   The Client Services Representatives will have the opportunity to develop basic sales skills in the currency exchange market as part of the Client Services Team.  Client Service Representatives must follow world financial markets while interacting in real-time with current and prospective clients.

Responsibilities include, (but are not limited to the following):

• Assisting the FX Sales team  with the promotion of FXCM’s Retail and Institutional products and services
• Initiating relationships with clients (no cold calling)
• Setting up demo accounts for prospective clients
• Communicating the primary benefits of FXCM, our trading platform, and the FX market to prospective clients
• Providing informational support and service to existing and potential clients
• Working across multiple FXCM business units to ensure client requests are completed
• Investigating and resolving client issues related to trade execution, financial transfers and account documentation

Job Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the USA (No H1 Visa Sponsorship)
• Bachelors degree in a related area with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Flexibility to work day, evening and midnight shifts
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Write and speak persuasively and clearly
• Think quickly and problem-solve in real-time
• Demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events
• Experience in the financial markets a plus!!!!!
• Foreign languages in high demand:  Arabic, French, German, Japanese, Korean, French, Russian, Spanish and Chinese
