You will appreciate the efficient systems used in food preparation within our kitchens. There is minimal cooking and we do not use stoves, mixers, or fryers.

As we expand our concept, our need for quality individuals to step into more advanced positions is a must. Our highest priority for recruitment into our restaurants is to hire the right kind of people to represent our brand. These individuals must possess the ability and passion for delivering superior customer service (whether internal or external customers) in a friendly and enthusiastic environment. Strong motivation, leadership, teamwork and people management skills are required.

Job Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of management experience in the food service industry
• The desire to develop talent with in both the management and hourly teams
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Sound decision making and problem sovling skills
• Desire for personal and professional growth
