Langan has an opening for a Geologist or Hydrogeologist in our Trenton, NJ office. Responsibilities will include performing environmental site characterization activities, data management and interpretation, and technical report writing.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor degree (Master preferred) in Geology or Hydrogeology;
- A minimum of 5 years of related environmental experience in New Jersey;
- Knowledge and understanding of New Jersey environmental regulations;
- Experience in preparing project specifications and reports as well as detailed cost estimates;
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;
- Proficient computer skills and GIS modeling and mapping;
- Ability to assist with the mentorship and direction of staff;
- Excellent communication and organization skills; and,
- Availability to work overtime.
