Multinational Team – Global Account Executive

The Willis Multinational Employee Benefits Global Account Executive will have the following responsibilities:

§   Facilitate the development of global benefits philosophy and strategic planning to establish short and long term objectives for new clients

§   Manage the global coordination of Willis network resources to support the ongoing administration of global benefit programs and brokerage services for multinational companies

§   Conduct employee benefits audits and reviews relating to international employee benefits, including interfacing with clients, carriers, multinational pooling networks and Willis EB staff

§   Assist in developing global health and wellness benefit programs, measurement tools and implementation strategies for multinational companies

§   Develop multinational pooling proposals, feasibility reports and implementation plans for pooling arrangements

§   Conduct research and prepare briefing papers on healthcare and benefits issues in various countries

§   Maintain and contribute to internal country information library

§   Support Producers throughout the sales/prospecting process by coordinating local responses and preparing and participating in any prospect presentations

§   Identify and pursue potential for growth in relationships with existing multinational clients

§   Demonstrate a sound knowledge base and understanding of global issues, translating such expertise into effective client communications and solutions

§   Understand the needs for and design global expatriate, TCN, and business travel insurance programs

§   Provide post-merger benefit integration planning in connection with mergers and acquisitions
