Government - Real Estate DEPUTY DIRECTOR, REAL ESTATE SERVICES DIVISION The California State Department of General Services (DGS) is seeking candidates for the position of Deputy Director over its Real Estate Services Division. The position is located in Sacramento and is charged with fulfilling the facility and real property needs for California state agencies. The Division is staffed with 2,100+ employees, manages a budget in excess of $420 million, and directs a real estate portfolio of over 45 million s.f. Successful applicants shall have a proven track record necessary to direct the division and help implement ambitious asset management programs. Desirable qualifications: 7+ years broad and extensive real estate investment experience for a large financial institution, real estate investment, or development firm.
