CITY OF NORTH MIAMI BEACH CIVIL ENGINEER Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible professional and administrative public works engineering/construction experience. Must be able to obtain EIT certification and Class A Storm Water Certificate within two (2) years of employment. Knowledge of Federal/State N.P.D.E.S. regulations preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD. Salary DOQ.
