This amazing capability is important because despite the $19.2 Billion Healthcare IT Stimulus package and the availability of impressive (but expensive) state-of-the-art Enterprise EMRs, there are two major reasons that these systems are still cost prohibitive. First, tens of millions of dollars have already been invested in existing legacy systems and despite the promise of new enterprise EMRs, you simply cannot “throw out the baby with the bath water". Second, the purchase price plus the exorbitant implementation expense of new hospital EMR systems like Epic and others are extreme “budget busters" in today’s economy!
Our client solves this costly dilemma by overlaying its EMR solution upon the existing legacy enterprise software! This exciting and affordable EMR solution, which has been developed by physicians, has, in just a few years, been installed at 40 hospitals and 100+ Clinics. Highlighting the integration capability of our client’s technology platform, their EMR solution has integrated with 11 different HIS vendors and 7 Clinic EMR vendors!!

Job Requirements
The McHenry Group has been contacted to search for a national VP, with a successful management track record in clinical technology solutions. This individual must be open to relocate to the corporate headquarters (in the southeast). Additionally, the ideal candidate will have past career successes introducing new companies and software solutions into the hospital market, thus prior successful start-up experience is beneficial! The VP role includes a very competitive salary and uncapped compensation plan. This position would be managing a team of 4-5 outside sales executives.
