Classification: Contract to Full Time
Compensation: $10.00 to $13.00 per hour
Robert Half Technology has partnered with our client to staff a 24/7 Help Desk / Technical Support Center. We are evaluating candidates for all shifts. The position will require answering calls, identifying technical issues, solving issues if possible and routing calls to higher level support professionals. Ability to troubleshoot and support PC hardware and software issues is a must. There will be a high volume of calls and a variety of technology issues to resolve. Prior Help Desk experience and understanding of Help Desk ticketing software is preferred. Robert Half Technology is looking for customer service focused technology savvy Help Desk analysts who take pride in their work! This opportunity will require passing drug and background checks.

Job Requirements
** Minimum of 1 year experience supporting users via the telephone.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft desktop software. * Certifications are a plus, HDI, MCP, A+ * Excellent attitude and Customer Service skills .
