INDUS is pleased to announce the outstanding opportunities for Level I and Level II Help Desk Specialist positions for our San Antonio, TX location. These positions require an ACTIVE DOD SECRET Security Clearance.
The job requires full time, in-office commitment. It is located at Port San Antonio, formerly Kelly USA, in a 24/7/365 facility and operates on a 4-month shift rotation schedule as follows: Day Shift: 0630 - 1530 (6:30AM-3:30PM) Swing Shift: 1430 - 2330 (2:30PM - 11:30PM) Mid Shift: 2230 - 0730 (10:30PM - 7:30AM) Within each shift are an A and B team. A team is off on Friday/Saturday. B team is off on Sunday/Monday. Compensation will be based on clearance and certifications. Provide prompt and courteous customer service Provide end-user, Client Support Admin (CSA) and Network Computer Center (NCC) phone support. Experience/Familiar with Active Directory Experience/Familiar with Remedy trouble ticket Remotely diagnostics and troubleshooting client workstations Knowledge of Remote Desktop or other applications to provide same Technical school (desired) minimum of 1 year of desk side/break fix software and hardware NAC and Secret Clearance or Interim Clearance required upon hire A+ or Network+ or Security+ certification required, with Security+ preferred as it is a pre-requisite for promotion to Level 2. 1-2 years' experience in a help desk/desktop support environment Ability to work well with internal staff, strong communication skills are a must Hardware/software maintenance skills are required Ability to multitask while staying focused Microsoft Office/Windows 2000/XP operation systems knowledge Troubleshooting in a corporate networked environment Must be able to work in a team environment with minimum supervision Must be able to resolve most of the customer service technical issues without assistance but within the policies and guidelines provided Excellent customer service skills Must be efficient in a fast-paced competitive environment An ability to work holidays and have a flexible schedule. This position is a 24x7x365 environment.
