Job Description
HOME CARE OFFICE POSITIONS Broward Medicare Agency Seeks qualified candidates for 2 different positions. Both require at least 2 yrs Medicare home care field experience and are located in Ft. Lauderdale. 1) QI RN (FT or PT). Must also have at least 2 yrs home care QI experience. Reports directly to the DON. 2)FT LPN Patient Care Coordinator. Assists with intake, coordination of interdisciplinary services, preparation of order modifications, other nursing administrative duties. Reports directly to the ADON. Excellent salary and benefits.
