Job Description

You will be responsible for:

• Provide guidance and leadership in all areas of Finance/accounting, business office and IT
• Supervision of as many as 10+ direct reports
• Ability to manage financial issues in a complex healthcare system
• Provide support and guidance to executive group for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Responsible for cash management
• Search for new areas for process improvement in areas of the Revenue Cycle, accounting and operations
• Provide a vision that is financially sound by reviewing various financing options as needed
• Staff and team development/mentoring
• Provide financial presentations to Board of Directors

Job Requirements

• BS degree in accounting or finance

• 10+ years experience

• Experience in Not-for-Profit Hospitals,  Healthcare Systems, or for-profit hospitals

• Strong software skills

• Statistical analysis and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication and management skills

• CPA, MBA, or CHFP preferred
