Housekeeping / Janitorial

We currently have positions available for a Housekeeper / Janitorial at a large apartment community in Garfield Heights, Ohio.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide cleaning services for vacated apartments & common areas
Interact with supervisor on a daily basis
Fill out appropriate paperwork as necessary, (i.e. work orders)
Must be able to work with a wide variety of personalities in interacting with customers and supervisors
Must work in a manner that is safe for both the maintenance personnel as well as others

Job Requirements
Ability to perform the following to make apartment units available for rent and for ongoing interior cleaning services: (not limited to this list)
Thorough cleaning of vacated apartments
Vacuum and dust common areas
Ability to clean bathrooms and kitchens
Carpet cleaning in vacant apartments and common areas
