Job Description
HR assistant needed for a medium size company with about 150 total employees. Position will report into the HR manager and will be responsible for the day to day duties of the department.
Job Requirements
*Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources
*Knowledge of current California labor laws
*EDD, worker's comp. compliance and open enrollment experience required
*Preferably bilingual in Spanish.
Compensation is based on experience. 4 year degree does allow for a higher compensation bracket.
Salary will range from $15.00-$23.00/hr.
