Job Description
HR Generalist - 3 month temporary opportunity in the Morristown, NJ area.
Seeking an HR Generalist with 3-5 years previous HR experience in a smaller company would be ideal .Knowledge of Employee Relations, ADP Total Source,handling contracts and drafting contracts using template. Some recruiting will be required. There will also be Administrative responsibilites which require
very heavy Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Monster, and posting on Craig's list preferred.
Very solid communication and computer skills required.
EXPERIENCE with US, UK and other international HR laws and best practices.
Opportunity will start the end of November, and person would need to work the entire assignment.
Job Requirements
5-10 Year previous HR Generalist experience -
US,UK and other international HR lawa and Best practices.
Solid knowledge of ADP Payroll -Ability to use ADP Total Source
Recruiting will be needed.
Knowledge of Monster.
