Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc., a multi-state leader in home care services, has an immediate opening for an HR Generalist at our Corporate Office located in White Plains. We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic candidate with recruitment experience. This individual will report directly to the HR Manager and assist with all Human Resources activities as required.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, all recruitment efforts, such as placing ads, internet postings, reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, and reference checks; maintaining a database of all applicants; attending job fairs and open houses; generating reports on recruitments activities for analysis and trends; conducting periodic audits for archiving of personnel files; supporting HR Manager in facilitating on-boarding details; assisting with various projects, including but not limited to benefits, payroll, compliance and maintaining HRIS system.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills. Must be customer-focused, handle multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail a must. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with many levels within the organization. MS Office proficiency required. Minimum 2 years experience working in a HR dept. Knowledge of ADP PC payroll and experience working in a home care environment a plus! Salary up to $50K based on experience.
