Job Description
This position will establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information as well as managing staff.
The main functions will include, overseeing the month-end close, full-cycle accounting, Accounts payable, invoicing, Balance Sheet Accounts, Taxes and Audits.
You must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and in accordance with the highest ethical standards. Local candidates only(Dade/Broward County).
Job Requirements
- Latin America experience strongly preferred
- Must be bilingual ā Spanish ā written and oral
- CPA is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years with accounting management skills
- Experience analyzing expense variances between actual and budget
- Balance Sheets, Financial Statements, P&Lās, Financial planning and analysis, forecasting, General Ledger, Fixed Assets.
- Strong leadership skills and great communication traits
