Human Resources Manager
Chromalloy, a leader in aerospace re-manufacturing, located in Midwest City is now accepting applications for a Human Resource Manager. Successful candidate will have a minimum of five years hands-on experience in a union environment. This position is responsible for all HR activities, including but not limited to, employee and labor relations, AAP, recruitment, training and development, payroll, benefits, worker’s comp/OSHA regulations, and interpretation, coordination and administration of the Company’s policies/procedures/practices.
Job Requirements
Education: B.S. Degree in Human Resources or related degree.
Qualifications: 8 years experience in HR preferably in manufacturing with a minimum of 5 years management experience. Strong leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of employees. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent management skills encompassing resource planning and organizational development.
