HVAC Office Sales/Parts/Dispatch/Assistant to Project Manager. Immediate. Full Time. PAM AIR-SERVICES, INC., GROUP is looking to add to our staff. We are seeking motivated team players. Must have some HVAC parts knowledge and or experience and be familiar with HVAC Residential and Commercial applications. We have in house positions available with various duties. Job may require you to sell, purchase parts & equipment, Receive, Plan, Schedule, Coordinate, and follow up on service and job installations, billing, pricing, filing, spreadsheets, A/R collections, A/P entry. Must be able to multi task, work closely with customers as well as HVAC Service Techs. Computer skills required- must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook. Must be detail and paper oriented with good organizational skills.
