Job Description
Hyperion Developer is the critical link between our business users and the BI Development team and must have strong requirements gathering, project scoping and analytical leadership skills. The position is responsible for guiding and coordinating all aspects of BI project analysis, including requirements gathering, technical specification, detailed data mapping, unit testing and end user acceptance testing. In addition the analyst is also responsible for developing delivery solutions using BI toolsets.
On smaller ad hoc requests and production support issues the analyst will act as project manager and will handle direct communication to end users. On larger projects the analyst will work with the assigned project manager to coordinate the efforts of the project team.

Analytics tool experience (excel, SQL, Hyperion, Informatica Power Center)
Strong analytical skills
Strong data analysis skills
Strong communication skills
Strong organization skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Informatica PowerCenter experience required
Other BI tool experience (Hyperion)
