Job Description Implementation Director Establishes and maintains business relationships with internal/external customers. Develops implementation plans to meet the business needs of all customers. Ensures that implementations are met in a timely manner and within a prescribed budget. Apply project management best practice methodology to achieve company objectives within HMS stated field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Visit customers and develop roll out schedules for new products, including training,Extensive travel is required (75%+) to customers to implement new products and/or services. Duties include: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree. MBA/Master’s degree strongly preferred. PMP certification and experience within a PMO is required; starting a PMO is strongly desired. Excellent interpersonal skills are required. The ideal candidate will be a people person, possess a solid IT background, and possess a deep understanding of the Medicaid/Medicare billing process to maximize value to HMS clients. 5+ years experience in government healthcare contracting implementation a MUST. TPL/COB experience strongly preferred. Willingness to travel nationwide 75%+ required.
