Job Description
Regular/Temporary: Regular Essential Job Functions This position is responsible for assisting the implementation manager in assuring Broadlane’s Labor Services technology offerings are successfully implemented and used by our customers and vendors. Specific duties include initial and follow-up training of customers and vendors, as well as personal support of already trained users.
Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams
Deliver training sessions to customers and vendors utilizing a variety of methods, media and technologies
Spend large amounts of time in the customer/vendor setting working with appropriate personnel on use of technology
Work closely with implementation managers to promote best practice of technology.
Provide feedback on technology development based upon interactions with customer facilities and agencies
50% of time will be spent delivering training via classroom, WebEx and one-on-one sessions. 50% of time will be spent on following up with customers on various issues. Most of the training materials will not be developed by this position.

Ability to quickly develop technical expertise with new products and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently as well as in a team Willingness to travel domestically up to 100% Ability to effectively interact with customer and facility technology users.
Required Experience and Education Experience in utilizing Broadlane technology or training of software applications. Experience in healthcare setting, preferably in acute care staffing Strong verbal and written skills Excellent presentation and personnel management skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task while being detail orientated Experience with a variety of delivery formats including face to face, webinars and e-learning systems Experience with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and other commercial applications Bachelors degree preferred.
