Job Description
IMPROVEMENT ADVISOR'S & SPECIALISTS Come join our Organizational Development Innovation improvement team at Southcentral Foundation. SCF is now hiring Improvement Advisors & Improvement Specialists. The Improvement Advisor position will be responsible for working with our senior leadership administrators and management team to develop and redesign systems and processes, provide over site to improvement teams to complete projects, acts as a coach, mentor for the improvement team, understands and uses standard improvement tools, demonstrates proficiency in working in rapidly changing and innovative healthcare system. The Improvement Specialist position will be responsible for working with the department leadership administrators to develop and redesign systems and processes to improve the overall effectiveness within Southcentral Foundation. Healthcare experience not required - the Improvement Advisor's must have master's degree or equivalent experience. The improvement Specialist requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent training or experience with two years of experience in an improvement role.
