SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent a major telecommunications company handling inbound calls
- Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of products and services to meet their needs
- Provide customers with a positive sales and service experience
- Utilize multiple systems simultaneously, locate information, interpret information and take appropriate action while speaking with customers
- Enjoy speaking with customers and assisting them with billing inquires, rate plans and troubleshooting
- Meet sales quotas and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
- A minimum of 1 year sales experience
- Experience working in a customer service or sales environment (call center experience preferred but not required)
- Keen listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High School Diploma or GED
- Provide satisfactory results from a background/employment history investigation and drug screening
