Job Requirements

- Answers inbound telephone calls from clients, consistently providing high-level, professional communications utilizing excellent sales skills for incoming sales inquiries to protect and generate additional revenue for the company.
- Effectively communicates with customers to ascertain their needs and determine the most appropriate action or product. Handling calls in the most effective way to result in a sale and eliminate the need for customer to call back.
- Documents calls and issues in data base
- Provides feedback to management and other team members regarding information obtained form customers concerning competitive information, marketing feedback, and any other critical information that may benefit the company.
- Makes calls to participants and other vendors
- Inputs data information into system and creates necessary correspondence through email and other means
- Accurately enters customer information into the computer and documents calls and issues in database.
- Fulfills price requests from internet sites or telephone inquiries
- Forwards pertinent information to appropriate facility via computer or fax transmission
- Lead tracking from initiation to result
- Prepares report on sales activities
- Follows up with client calls by sending literature via mail and using a call back system to attempt to close sales
- Provides information to carriers via fax or email to increase turn-around times
