Summary:
As a well-established wholesale bakery, Sara Lee is growing and looking for aggressive, self-starters to become Independent Operator business partners. Chosen business partners will be responsible for delivery and sales of Sara Lee fresh bakery products on a timely basis to: grocery stores, restaurants, schools, etc.
Sales areas offer excellent potential for growth in current accounts and establishing new accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary interface with the customer, which includes building relationships and providing excellent customer service (placing customer orders and resolving customer issues)
- Will be accountable for ensuring high customer retention
- Sell products in order to grow gross profit in existing accounts
- Provide service to all customers requesting it inside the sales area
- Typical workweek consists of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with pull-ups occurring on Wednesday and Sunday.
- Workday typically begins between 2-5am depending on territory and depot hours.

Independently motivated
Ability to pass criminal background check
Ability to pass a credit check or provide a co-signor for any necessary loans
