Job Description

Our client is a leading IT-GRC software and services organization.  As a result of a recent successful product launch, they are seeking experienced sales professionals.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing and developing sales opportunities across the US. The selected Sales Executive should have seven plus years of successful IT sales experience and/or four years of IT security (GRC) product and/or services sales experience. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving quarterly revenue targets, prospecting, identifying and developing new key accounts, developing territory plan and effective sales strategies and maintaining accurate sales forecasting and reporting for the company. This includes:

·         Selling information risk management software (SaaS) in areas such as information security, e-business risk management, and project risk management. 

·         Aligning resources accordingly within the organization to meet sales objectives.

·         Ensuring sales plan is achieved or exceeded by employing sound sales principles, guidelines and expectations.

·         Actively supporting new service and marketing launches, ensuring the sales organization is prepared and ready to deliver.

·         Instilling professional and ethical professional behavior in the sales team to ensure that clients are best served.

·         Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and ensure effective expense management.

·         Communicating and supporting delivery of business priorities and expectations.


Job Requirements

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to sell software/servcies to major enterprises.

  • Previous experience selling in the IT security market.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, sales and general business experience at a senior level -7 years or more experience.

  • Demonstrated continuous growth in the sales profession.

  • Strong relationship and consensus builder.

  • Proven negotiation skills.

  • Good fiscal manager.

  • Proven ability to lead by example.

  • Excellent planning, organizational and decision-making skills.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Strong verbal, written and listening skills.

Compensation Plan

  • Our client offers an aggressive compensation package with first year OTE of $180k and significantly more thereafter with the achievement of goals. Package also includes equity package, medical insurance benefits, bonuses, 401K and other benefits.
