BluefishTV is one of the largest producers and distributors of video-based Christian resources for churches, Small Group Bible Studies, Youth Ministries, and Women’s Ministries.  Our sales team of over 70 energetic and passionate individuals are committed to creating videos that inspire, inform, entertain, motivate, and even validate what God is doing in the lives of young adults and teenagers around the world. Recently, we have written and produced a variety of video products with respected communicators and musicians such as Louie Giglio, Erwin McManus, David Nasser, Donald Miller, Mercy Me, Jars of Clay, David Crowder, Chris Tomlin and others. In the past 25 years more than 110,000 churches and ministries across the country have purchased one of our video resources.

Position Overview

We need people to join our sales team making out-bound sales calls, sharing our story with pastors and church leaders across country, and equipping them with tools and resources to help in their ministry.  This job is a great way to combine a passion for both business and ministry.

Job Requirements

The starting pay is $14 per hour and after having the chance to build up commission, most people on our sales team will be making between $32,000 and $52,000. We do not work during evenings or weekends and after 90 days we have 9 paid holidays and additional paid time off. We also have a major medical insurance plan and a free health and fitness center membership.
