Job Description
Classification: Temporary-to-full-time
Compensation: $11 to $13 per hour
OfficeTeam has exciting opportunities for highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives. Perform duties consistent with a sales role by making a minimum number of 75 to 80 outbound cold calls per day, as defined by sales management. Inside Sales Representative will be given an assigned territory consisting of existing customers, prospects and past customers. ISR is responsible for maintain existing business, capturing new business and recapturing past business, up selling orders and introduce new product lines to customers. By assignment, participate in activities designed to improve the database by verifying and/or researching various web and print based sources to record or correct (improve) the leads database. Use a computer and associated software to guide the calling effort by accessing leads and their associated telephone numbers from these resources. Keep track of and be responsible for recording data improvements & in reporting on daily calling efforts and all productive outcomes. Participate in ongoing training events and apply knowledge and skills as they are conveyed. Meet daily work schedule requirements. Must have inside sales, outbound telemarketing/TeleSales or call center sales experience.
