Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 year direct  B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success. Sales experience with phone sales in general, timeshare sales, telemarketing, or outbound calls, is key to hire. You can not be afraid of the phones!
• Demonstrated skills of marketing products and/or services over the phone is preferred.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Applications, strong internet experience, and basic typing.
• Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, competitive drive, and initiative skills desired. Must be a self motivated individual!
• Must be comfortable sitting at a terminal for entire shift.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Must have proficient computer and internet, and basic typings skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary is $2,500.00 per month ($30K)
  Average Commissions earned $45K - 80K no cap commission plan!!!

• Paid Training for three weeks, 8am to 5pm Mon--Fri, then normal schedule would be either 5:00am to 2:00pm, 6am--3pm, 7am--4pm, or 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
