Role Summary/Purpose
The successful candidate will be an individual with clinical training background, experience in innovative course delivery, strong writing skills, outstanding communication/presentation skills, and the ability to work with teams in a fast paced, high-energy environment. Training will be delivered through the use of distance education and classroom instruction.
Essential Responsibilities
Work with an instructional design team to design, develop, deliver and evaluate education courses to ensure that GE Centricity Enterprise Solutions customer, employees, and third-party consultants training requirements are met. Conduct on-line and/or onsite training for GE HC Centricity Enterprise Solutions customers, employees, and third-party consultants. Develop and maintain training content to support product release and competency models. This includes developing course materials and providing training on products and functionality that are to be released in a beta mode. Modify training curriculum developed by others. Quickly develop subject matter expertise on new and upgrade products. Continually increase product knowledge to ensure that training content is relevant and course objectives are met. Develop performance-based assessments to ensure course objectives are met. Develop, mentor, and coach team members, employees, and customers.
Qualifications/Requirements
This job is open to internal and external candidates* Bachelors degree * Understanding of hospital revenue cycle and patient access workflow and business needs.* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to network and collaborate with subject matter experts and instructors through out the organization.* Experience with adult education principles, training design, and training delivery.* Excellent interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently in a team environment.* Strong Project Management skills with the ability to set priorities and achieve required results.* Ability to quickly learn new tools and software technologies* Ability work on multiple projects
Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Desired Characteristics 2+ years experience with content development, training, presentations and/or facilitation.* 2+ years experience working with an enterprise software application as an analysts or trainer.* 2+ years experience relevant hospital experience* Membership in technical training professional organizations a plus (ASTD, AECT, or similar)
