Seeking qualified Customer Service Reps to work in a pharmacy-based call center environment assisting with Open Enrollment for Medicare Part D
CSR's will be working primarily over the phone dealing with open enrollment and pharmacy insurance benefits
Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing customer support to members in a pharmaceutical phone-based environment
CSR's will provide customer service to potential customers and answer general inquires in regards to Medicare Part D Open Enrollment for a Fortune 19 pharmaceutical company

Job Requirements
Preference will be given to individuals who have worked with Open Enrollment for Medicare Part D
Bilingual ability is a plus
Customer Service experience with a healthcare or Medicare Part D background preferred
CSR's must have a strong knowledge of medical terminology
Experience working with Medicare Part D preferred
Candidates who have worked with Medicare Part A, B, and D preferred
Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid
One year pharmacy experience a PLUS, with preference given to PBM experience
