Job Description
We are a 25-year-old executive search firm that specializes in the insurance industry. We represent insurance agencies, brokerages and carriers who have a national presence, as well as local and regional agencies with strong incentive packages and great growth potential
One of our clients, a preeminent general lines agency, is looking for top-notch Producers, Account Executives and VIP Specialists in the New York Metro Area. Positions also available in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This agency deals in mid- to large-size commercial accounts, both P & C and Group Employee Benefits, and is open to buying a book of business.
PRODUCERS: Commercial P&C, Group Benefits and VIP
Compensation would be tailored to the individual, depending on the candidate’s background and how he/she would be positioned within the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Producer’s license in Property & Casualty, or Health, Life & Annuities.
- At least two years experience as a Producer in the Commercial P & C, Group Benefits Division or VIP Division of a general lines standard agency.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES/MANAGERS: Commercial P&C, Group Benefits and VIP
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Producer’s license in Property & Casualty, or Health, Life & Annuities.
- At least two years experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager in the Commercial P & C, Group Benefits Division or VIP Division of a general lines standard agency.
We also represent a local agency in the Philly area who is looking for an ambitious, dynamic individual for an inside sales/account management position. Salary plus very strong incentive package. Requires a P & C license. Health & Life would be a plus, but not required.
